In partnership with The Cannon, EPIcenter's incubator and accelerator will be hosting a 6-week seminar using the Wendy Kennedy Inc. (WKI) curriculum, "So what? Who Cares? Why you?" for innovators in any industry.
Even though EPIcenter is focused on energy innovation, this seminar is relevant for every sector!
Director of the EPIcenter Energy Incubator and Accelerator and certified Business Coach Andi Littlejohn will lead participants through a proven methodology to discover, define and describe the commercial opportunities for innovations.
What is the format of the seminar?
The seminar includes six, weekly, three-hour workshops. These weekly sessions are highly interactive and engaging. One or two members of your core team will attend the three-hour session each week and will be asked to complete "homework" before each session.
In addition, participants will have the option to access up to two, one-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions with Andi Littlejohn.
Who is a good candidate for this seminar?
This seminar is most appropriate for innovators who have an idea but aren't sure what the next steps are. The methodology is industry-agnostic and most well-suited for technology-based innovations.
What is the Wendy Kennedy curriculum?
““So what? Who cares? Why you?” lives at the intersection of inspiration and commercialization. It’s a methodology to explore, experiment, model and map the business value of a new idea. Researchers, scientists, and engineers in organizations, institutions, and research labs use it to win support for their projects, products and startup company ideas. Perhaps most importantly, they rely on it to engage people in conversation about why their idea matters and how it creates value for others. This methodology is designed to answer the key questions that every potential supporter of a new idea will have.” – So what? Who cares? Why you? by Wendy Kennedy
